Without
a "real" high school to offer us, the school board built "temporary"
bungalows for our classes. Little did anyone imagine they would be temporary
for some 35+ years!! This photo was taken in the 1980's, but the buildings look
the same as they did when we inaugurated them. Were any tears shed in 1994 when
they were finally dismantled and left in a pile
of rubble? (Hey! I think I see that Spanish book I lost in Señor
Chávez's class in 1959!)
