2/19/12: The Reunion Committee met once again today to continue rounding out plans for the 50th Reunion. We'd like you to know:

• Please check the 50th Reunion Page for continuing updates. Click the link to the left (50th Reunion).
• If you plan to stay at the Balboa Bay Club, you should call and make your reservations as soon as possible. You won't be required to pay yet, but there's a big wedding there the same night, so you want to be sure and book your room. See the Reunion Page for more information on hotel/motel accommodations.
• Since setting our bargain early bird price, expenses have risen. We hope all of you appreciate the good deal you got, and will consider making additional donations to help offset our costs (see the Reunion Page for Donation Opportunities).
• We continue to work hard to find you all. Please continue to help us find everyone we can. Currently there are some 130 missing classmates. If you know where someone is, or if you have recent information about deceased classmates, please let us know.
• We need a brief updated bio for everyone. Please update your own bio for our reunion publication.
• Finally, start saving your pennies (er... dollars!) now. This is an event that comes only once in a lifetime and we know you won't want to miss it.

10/14/11: Several of our AHS62 classmates returned to Moor Field for homecoming and had a great time being hosted by the Alumni Association. Jeff Schroeder sent in these photos of AHS Homecoming 2011.

9/1/11: The theme for the 50th Reunion is "Friendships are Golden" Be sure to visit the 50th Reunion page regularly for updates and information. There you'll also find a list of those who are coming. Make sure your name is included!

6/11/11: More info coming, but the date and location are now set: Sept 29, 2012 at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach. Activities are also planned for Friday and Sunday of that weekend.

1/23/11: We have updated the "Missing Moors" list based on returned postcards and contacts via this website, and are trying to make a push to find everyone we can. At this point, there are 176 of you that we've lost contact with (more than a third!) Please take a look and see if there's anyone on the list that you know where they are. The committee also met again and although no final decisions have yet been made, rest assured that this is one reunion you won't want to miss. It's our 50th... a milestone in and of itself.

10/14/10: The Reunion Committee held its first meeting at Barry's home to get started with the 50th Reunion. Our first order of business is to find you all. We are targeting sometime Sept/Oct 2012 for the reunion, and hope to make some location and date decisions when we meet again in January. Stay tuned, and in the meantime, update your bios and help us find our missing classmates! If you have suggestions, or desires to help, please let us know.

9/17/10: Hey folks! It's time to get started on our 50th Reunion!! Can you believe it's here already? We are first trying to get as much updated contact information as possible so we can communicate effectively with you. If you haven't already received an email from me, please read this call for information, and then reply as soon as you can. The more we can do electronically, the less comes out of the committee's pockets by way of postage. Thanks!!! We'll see you in 2012!
